Meet the Team

Robert Forney

Robert Forney
President

Robert Forney is the President of Applied Reserve Analysis. Mr. Forney has personally prepared thousands of reserve studies since 2001. Projects have included High-rises, Condo Hotels, Master Associations, Worship Facilities, Commercial properties as well as residential condominium and single-family home communities. Mr. Forney holds the Professional Reserve Analysts (PRA) designation from the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts and serves on the Board of Directors of that organization as the Vice President. In 2012 he served on the APRA Standards Committee that wrote the Professional Reserve Standards for the Reserve Study industry. He is also a frequent guest speaker and lecturer on financial, economic, legislative, and all other topics related to Reserve Studies.

Ken Forney

Ken Forney
Southern California Project Manager

Ken Forney provides onsite inspection for all of our Southern California projects. His experience in Reserve Study inspections range from small, single-family communities to large master associations. Ken excels in developing customer relationships based on trust and reliable service.

TJ Martin

TJ Martin
Regional Project Manager

Thurman Martin Jr. (T.J.) spent 12 years in construction related fields which gives him a good understanding of the components needed in a Reserve Study. He is thrilled to be part of the Applied Reserve Analysis team. T.J. takes pride in his work and in establishing solid relationships with others. In his free time, T.J. loves spending time with his wife and four children.

Kaite Myers

Katie Myers
Office Manager

Katie joined the Applied Reserve Analysis team as office manager in August of 2017. She received an Associate's of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Cuyahoga Community College in 2008. Completed employment background checks for Corporate Screening Services before moving to KeyBank and completing in-house pre-employment background checks for the bank along with existing employee background checks. Katie enjoys working out and spending time with her husband and two dogs.

Casey Phillipps

Casey Phillipps
Northern California Project Assistant

From the Pacific Northwest, Casey brings key material knowledge from a background in Interior Design and Sustainability to Applied Reserve Analysis. He prides himself on efficient, reliable work. When out of the office, Casey enjoys trekking through California’s many national parks.

Eric Phillipps

Eric Phillipps
Northern California Project Manager

Eric has worked for 27 years in the architectural/engineering fields as a reserve specialist/analyst, drafter/designer, project manager, supervisor & business owner. Prior to joining Applied Reserve Analysis, Eric worked as a reserve specialist/analyst for more than seven years in the Pacific Northwest, California and Arizona and has earned a Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA) designation from APRA as well as a Reserve Specialist (RS) designation from CAI. Eric also worked as a project manager for a Seattle based Architect working on multiple building envelope waterproofing projects, which entailed forensic investigation through design/detailing to final construction for single-family housing, condominium & apartment complexes.
